I have an old keyboard and I don’t trust what it has to say, so I chose to select my keyboard on my own instead of it being auto detected.

Now to choose the name you want to give this computer. Not unlike naming a puppy. This is the name that the computer will show up as on the network and what it will go by. I named mine LFS (linux file server).
I live in the US, so I chose the United states for my Ubuntu archive mirror country
